Reservations

Submitting the reservation form does not create a charge. We will confirm availability and pricing by email before any payment is requested. You may cancel a reservation at any time before payment.

Nature of the documents

Our written safety programs are informational tools to support your company's safety and health program. They are not legal advice and do not by themselves establish compliance with OSHA, state plan, or hiring-client requirements. You are responsible for reviewing, adopting, implementing and training on each program. OSHA does not approve, certify or endorse written programs or their providers.

Revisions

If a prequalification reviewer or hiring client requests changes to a program we delivered, we revise it at no additional charge for 12 months from delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the documents or services is limited to the fees you paid to us.
